Conceptual Designer (FT)

✳︎ Full-time 



We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior or

Architectural Designer with a minimum of 3 years to join our

team in Singapore Studio. The successful applicant will have a

flexible and proactive approach that can cover multiple

projects simultaneously and be experienced in designing

high-end residential and retail and F&B projects.

They will be adept at working individual and within a team,

working closely with clients, architects, contractors and

consultants to ensure that every detail aligns with our high

standards. They will have a keen eye for detail, be highly

organised and possess excellent Autocad, Sketchup, and

presentational skills.




Key Responsibilities



• Design Development: Work with the team to develop

innovative design concepts

for high-end residential and retail spaces, considering the

client’s needs.



• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their

vision and provide

expert guidance throughout the design process.



• Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish,

ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.



• Material Selection: Curate and source premium materials,

finishes, and furnishings that enhance the overall design

concept.



• Technical Drawings: Produce detailed drawings, floor plans,

and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.



• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers,

architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project

delivery.



Qualifications




• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in interior

design, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and retail

projects.



• Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a

related field.



• Skills: Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, miscellaneous

Softwares. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and

furnishings.



• Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating

unique, minimal, strong design.



• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication

skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.




• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced,

creative environment.
