We're SILO, a spatial design studio that partners with

independent hospitality, retail and lifestyle brands to create

spaces that express identity through adaptive reuse, interior

architecture and custom-designed objects.



Founded in 2021 by Keith Phee, the practice is dedicated to

work within the intersections of art, design, and material

exploration. Stripped of excess, driven by intent.



We help ambitious hospitality and retail brands build spaces

with character, longevity and commercial impact.
